Requesting Your Physical Card

Learn how to easily request your Fleet physical card through the mobile app. Find out the simple steps to get your tangible commuter benefits card delivered to your workplace.

By default, Fleet provides a virtual card. But we get it - sometimes you want that tangible piece of plastic!

How do I request a physical card?

  • Open the Fleet app

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Home screen

  • Tap the ‘Request Physical Card’ button

Quick Note: The card will be sent to your employer’s address. Need to change the delivery location? Just email support@movewithfleet.com.
