Getting Started with Fleet: Sign Up Guide

This guide walks you through creating your Fleet account and getting set up to start saving on your commute. The whole process takes just a few minutes!

Step 1: Download the Fleet App

First, download the Fleet mobile app for the best experience:

Step 2: Sign In Using Okta

Open the Fleet app and tap Login with Okta. You'll be redirected to your company's Okta login page to authenticate.


Step 3: Complete the Welcome Flow

Once you're signed in, you'll see a series of welcome screens explaining Fleet's features and benefits. Tap Next to continue through each screen.

Step 4: Enter Your Personal Information

You'll need to provide a few details to finish setting up your account:

  • Employee ID: Enter your employee ID number. If you don't have one, use your first name dot last name (example: john.smith)

  • Home Address: Enter your full address or postcode

  • Date of Birth: Select your birth date from the calendar

Tap Next when you're done.

Step 5: Accept the Terms and Conditions

Review and accept the Fleet Mobility Card Terms to activate your virtual card.

Tap Accept Terms & Conditions to continue.

Step 6: You're All Set!

That's it! Your Fleet account is ready to use. Your virtual card will appear on the Cards screen, and you can start using your commuter benefits right away.
