Before you begin: Make sure your Fleet card is already added to your digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). If you haven't done that yet, follow the steps in How to Add Your Fleet Card to Your Virtual Wallet.
Step 1: Select Your Payment Method in Uber
Open the Uber app and request a ride as you normally would.
On the ride selection screen, tap the payment method at the bottom of the screen (it may say "Personal" with a payment icon).
Select Apple Pay or Google Pay as your payment method.
Step 2: Confirm Payment with Your Fleet Card
Choose your ride type (Electric, UberX, etc.) and tap the button to confirm your request.
The payment sheet will appear, showing your Fleet card (ending in the last four digits of your card number) as the payment method.
If your Fleet card isn't the selected card, tap Change Payment Method and choose your Fleet card from the list.
Confirm the payment:
iPhone: Double-click the side button (Face ID) or use Touch ID.
Android: Unlock your phone and follow the on-screen prompt to confirm.
That's it — your ride will be charged to your Fleet card.
💡 Tip: Once you set your Fleet card as the default payment method in Uber via Apple Pay or Google Pay, it will stay selected for future rides. You won't need to change it each time.
