If you have issues when you try to sign in with your email, use the steps below to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Via the web:
Go to the Forgot Password page.
Enter your email.
Follow the instructions received in your email to reset your password.
Via the Move With Fleet mobile app:
From the login screen, navigate to the Forgot Your Password screen.
Enter your email.
Follow the instructions received in your email to reset your password.
After entering the email address associated with your account, you'll receive an email from us containing a password reset link. If you do not open it in time, you'll need to request again to receive a new link.
Quick Tip
It's a good practice to create a unique password for Fleet. Be careful not to share your password in emails or other communication. Fleet support will never ask you for your password.
