Fleet cards are programmed to be use only at authorized vendors. If you need to make a purchase at an unauthorized transit or parking vendor, following these steps to get reimbursed:

  1. Attempt to make payment with your Flex mobility card so there will be a recorded transaction attempt.

  2. If denied, pay out of pocket for the fare and keep your receipt for proof of purchase.

  3. Send a copy of the receipt, transaction date, and service to support@movewithfleet.com.
