Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits: What happens to my commuter benefits funds if I leave my job?

Commuter benefits are terminated on an employee’s last day of employment. Employees have 90 days to submit a Fleet claim for qualified expenses incurred while the program was active. Any unused funds will be forfeited back to the employer.
