How to use your Fleet Card to pay for rides

Access your virtual Fleet Card in the Fleet Mobile App.

  1. From the Home Screen, scroll down until you see “Cards.”

  2. Tap on your Fleet Virtual Card. Card details will be visible directly below the card icon.

  3. To the right of the cardholder’s name, tap “view details” to see card number, expiration date, security code, etc.

  4. To view and copy details, click on “show.” Copying the card number will make adding the card as a payment method easier.

Option 1 (recommended): Add your Fleet card to your Apple or Android Wallet

Store your Fleet Card in your Apple or Android wallet to make transactions smooth and easy with your favorite mobility providers.

Adding your Fleet Card to your Apple Wallet

Ensure you have Apple Wallet set-up on your phone. It will typically be automatically added to all new iPhones.

  1. Open your Apple Wallet on your phone, and click the "+" at the top of the page to add a new card.

  2. Choose to add a "Credit or Debit Card."

  3. Enter information from your virtual Fleet card, or by taking a picture of the physical card, if you have one. YouConfirm the details.

  4. That's it! Now that your Flex Mobility Card has been added to your Apple wallet you can use it for mobility and transit trips, where accepted. Just look for “Apple Pay” as an option and select your Fleet Card.

Adding your Fleet Card to your Android Wallet

  1. Install Android Pay via the Google Play Store

  2. Add your Fleet Card using the "+" button, or "Add Another Card" if you already have a card in your Android wallet.

  3. Enter your Fleet Card information. Confirm the details.

  4. That's it! Now that your Fleet Card has been added to your Android wallet you can use it for mobility and transit trips, where accepted.

Option 2: Alternatively, you can manually add your Fleet Card as a payment method to your account with any mobility provider, like Lyft or Uber, or for parking services or transit passes, the same way you would add a normal credit or debit card. Just follow prompts via that mobility service provider’s own app or kiosk. If your preferred mobility provider does not accept mobile payments, or doesn’t offer an option to purchase fares online (most transit passes can be purchased online), you can always request a physical card from Fleet.
